1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data of visitors to the website of Premium Provision Servis LLC (the “Company”, “we”), a wholesale supplier of petroleum products — petrol and diesel fuel — is processed and protected.
1.2. The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.3. By submitting any form on the website, you confirm that you have read the Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out in it. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not submit the forms and contact us by phone instead.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Data you enter yourself in the “Call me back”, “Request an offer” and “Request a call” forms:
- phone number — required;
- name or company name — optional;
- fuel type and supply volume — optional;
- comment on the request — optional.
2.2. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the visit. These are recorded automatically by the hosting provider in its service logs.
2.3. We do not collect special categories of personal data (about health, beliefs, etc.), biometric or passport data through the website.
3. Purposes of processing
We process personal data in order to:
- contact you about your request and answer your questions;
- prepare a commercial offer and calculate the cost of supply;
- conclude and perform a petroleum products supply contract;
- keep the website running and secure and protect the forms from spam.
We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.
4. Legal grounds
- your consent, given by submitting a form on the website;
- the need to conclude and perform a contract to which you are or intend to become a party;
- compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (section 11).
5. Sharing data with third parties
5.1. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
5.2. To run the website we use the following services:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and form submission processing;
- Telegram — delivering requests to authorised Company staff in a private work chat;
- Google Fonts — loading the website fonts (the service receives the browser’s IP address).
5.3. The servers of these services may be located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5.4. Personal data may be disclosed to government authorities in the cases and manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Retention periods
Request data is kept for no longer than 3 years from your last contact with us or until you withdraw consent. Data related to concluded supply contracts is kept for the periods required by law for accounting and contractual documents.
7. Data protection
- the website works only over the secure HTTPS protocol;
- only authorised Company staff have access to requests;
- service access keys are stored securely and are never published in the website code;
- the forms are protected from automated submission by bots.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know whether we process your personal data and receive information about it;
- request that your data be corrected, blocked or deleted;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
- appeal the Company’s actions to the competent government authority or a court.
To exercise these rights, contact us by any method listed in section 11. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
9. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical data needed to display the website correctly may be stored in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and the website will keep working.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update the Policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
